The Akai BT-500 is a belt-driven turntable that combines authentic quality with modern functionality. It enables you to listen to your favourite records in hi-fidelity and also offers a USB interface as well as Bluetooth functionality so you can send your vinyl to a set of Bluetooth speakers. Listening to your record collection has never been more enjoyable!
Akai BT-500: durable and high-quality
The BT-500's extremely quiet belt-drive system boasts an isolated motor and prevents any vibrations via the platter and tonearm from affecting your music. Its heavy, die-cast aluminium platter ensures a stable loop and a very low signal-to-noise ratio. The tone arm's counterweight is adjustable and transfers the sound of the music to the Audio-Technica cartridge by means of an elliptical stylus. The rubber anti-slip mat covers the platter perfectly and ensures your records stay put.
Built-in phono preamp
The integrated phono amplifier in the BT-500 can be used with a conventional stereo amp, or connected directly to a set of active studio monitors. This also enables some modern additions like the Bluetooth module and makes the USB interface possible. You can stream the sound of your vinyl to a set of Bluetooth speakers or digitise your entire collection for eternity by connecting it to your computer via the USB port. For digitisation, you can choose a sampling rate of 44.1 to 48 kHz without losing any audio quality. As well as this modern functionality, the Akai BT-500 is also equipped with a headphone output for when you want to really submerse yourself in your records.

Prachtig vormgegeven apparaat. Oogt absoluut degelijk. Geluidskwaliteit super. Niet goedkoop.
Bluetooth streamen, via USB plaatjes opnemen werkte direct zonder problemen. Had verwacht dat bij blue tooth streamen toch wat kwaliteit verloren zou gaan. Dit is echter niet (bij heel goed luisteren nauwelijks) merkbaar.

onsdag 7 december 2016 av LinaAkai BT-500 känner vi igen som en high-end Bluetooth skivspelare, nu finns den också i en elegant svart version!

Binnen 24 uur was deze prachtig uitziende platenspeler geleverd. Aangesloten met Harman Kardon bluetooth soundsticks speaker. Geluid is perfect en platenspeler is beter dan verwacht. Een echte aanrader.
